- Art City Titanium should be contacted before returning a ring. This is so that we can become aware of the problem and work towards improving our products.
- A ring may only be returned once Art City Titanium has been contacted.
- If the band you ordered does not fit your finger size, you can return it to be sized or exchanged for the proper size. Just specify your correct finger size. (Shipping is at customer's expense.)
- Reducing a ring size is subject to a 25% surcharge. This is because a new ring will have to be made.
- Rings that have been altered in anyway, such as engraved, are not eligible for return.
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the ring within 10 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund.
- All returns must be properly packaged and be insured at full value. Products must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated. We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way.
-Once the ring is received you will receive a refund credit to your account, a check in the total amount (minus S&H), or a replacement ring will be sent. Whichever is chosen by the customer.
- Should there ever be an error on our part we will gladly do our best to remedy the problem. All extra costs will be paid by Art City Titanium (such as return shipping, resize charge, etc.)
