What credit cards do you accept?

We accept credit cards and e-check payments securely on-line. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards are accepted. You may also place your order electronically and pay via standard mail with a check or money order.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you to choose a payment option, then simply choose "check" or "money order" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then print your order and mail us us a check or money order, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order

What is comfort fit and how much does it cost?
|
|
|
Comfort fit is a rounded finish done on the inside of a ring. This allows the ring to feel more comfortable. Comfort fit is included free with every order.

What does "made to order" mean?
|
|
|
All of our rings are custom made. This means that we will not make your ring until you order it. This ensures that you get your ring the way you want it. We allow you to specify the size (in quarter and half sizes) the width, and the finish on your ring. We even allow you to make small changes to the style (upon request.)

When will my ring be shipped?
|
|

Your ring will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. We offer various shipping options to fit your needs.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days (most destinations) ........ $7.00
USPS Express Mail: Overnight (most areas) .............. $14.50
UPS Ground: 3-4 days (most areas) ........................... $8.00
UPS 3 Day Select: Gauranteed by end of 3rd day ....... $11.50

What grade of titanium do you use?
|

We use Comercially Pure Grade #1 Titanium (CP #1) on all of our products unless otherwise noted.

What are the differences in titanium grades and the kind used by Art City Titanium?
|
|
|
CP #1 Titanium has been purified specifically for jewellry applications. Commercially pure titanium is not an alloy. Other titanium grades, such as Ti 6al4v, are titanium alloys (an alloy is a mixture of different metals.) There is no significant difference between the different grades as far as jewelry applications are concerned. If we were making space shuttle parts that would be a different story.

What if I don't know my ring size?
|
|
|
We suggest visiting 2 or 3 local jewelers in your area to get your finger sized.
|
|
|
What if I ordered the wrong ring size?
|
|
|
There are a few options available when this happens.
1. If the ring is too large, a new ring will have to be made (a re-make fee will apply.)
2. If the ring is too small and only has to be enlarged slightly (1/4 size maximum) then return it to us and we will enlarge it.
3. If the ring has to be enlarged more than 1/4 size a new ring will have to be made (re-make fee will apply.)
